Hamkar Guide

Hamkar is where your team keeps its work and its shared money side by side: projects and tasks, shared expenses and settling up, team cash such as petty cash or a team bank account, and notifications when something happens. This guide walks through every part of it with examples.

Hamkar’s interface is Persian only, written right to left, with Persian digits and Persian calendar dates. This English guide names every button in English and shows the Persian label you will actually see next to it, like this: Saveذخیره. Look for the Persian text on screen.

  • Getting set up: signing up, creating a team, inviting people, installing on your phone and computer.
  • Daily work: projects, tasks, assignees, due dates and the discussion under each task.
  • Team money: recording expenses, who owes what, suggested settlements and shared accounts.
  • Notifications: the inbox, choosing what you hear about, browser notifications and phone notifications.
  • Three complete case studies of teams using Hamkar in different ways.

Hamkar is a website that runs in any modern browser: h.alavi.vip. You use the same site on a computer, an Android phone or an iPhone, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.

The Android app opens that same site inside an app and adds what a browser can’t do: instant high-priority notifications even when the app is closed, replying straight from a notification, photographing receipts with the camera, and saving exports to the phone’s Download folder.

Your account and your team’s data are the same in both. A change you make on the web shows up in the app, and the other way around. See Live updates and sync for the details.
