Install the web app
You can install the Hamkar web app like an app: it gets an icon on your home screen or desktop and opens in its own window without the browser’s address bar. What you install is the same site, h.alavi.vip, so the features and data are exactly what you see in the browser.
-
Open h.alavi.vip in Chrome and sign in.
-
Open Chrome’s three-dot menu.
-
Tap the option to install the app or add it to the home screen. The exact wording depends on your Chrome version and phone language.
-
Confirm. The Hamkar icon appears on your home screen.
-
Open h.alavi.vip in Safari.
-
Tap the Share button.
-
Choose “Add to Home Screen”, then tap “Add”.
-
From now on, open Hamkar from the home screen icon.
-
Open h.alavi.vip in Chrome or Edge.
-
If the browser offers to install it, an install icon appears in the address bar. Click it. If there’s no icon, look in the browser menu for the option to install this site as an app.
-
Confirm. Hamkar opens in its own window and shows up in your computer’s app list.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The installed version is the same site and does not work offline.
- Sign-in and theme are kept per browser. If you were already signed in in that browser, you may already be signed in here too; if not, sign in once.
- On iPhone and iPad, browser notifications only work on iOS 16.4 or later, and only when you open Hamkar from the home screen icon. See Browser notifications to turn them on.
